While I've been a fan of South Park since its initial release 20 years ago, I haven't watched much during the last few years. I've caught the odd episode here and there and recently watched the newest episode leading up to the release of The Fractured But Whole.

When Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor released in the fall of 2014, it introduced the Nemesis system, a gameplay hook that would create variations on existing foes and allow them to become your very own custom enemy.

Fans of Battle Chasers, like myself, have been waiting patiently since 2001 for the next adventures of Gully, Garrison, Knolan, Calibretto, and of course, the curvaceous redhead, Red Monika. Apart from the announcement of this very game, it didn't look like we were ever going to see what adventures awaited our heroes next.

Senran Kagura is the very face of fan service, in fact, it may be its strongest quality. From torn clothes during intense Ninja Arts, or through various beach activities, Senran Kagura is a series of cleavage shots and upskirt moments and there is no denying it.

When Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot and Shigeru Miyamoto took the stage this past E3 to reveal that the Mushroom Kingdom would be infected with the unhealthy dose of Rabbids, few were surprised as the title had been leaked nearly seven months prior by video game journalist, Laura Kate Dale.

While it may sound a bit absurd with the likes of Street Fighter's Ryu going toe to toe with the Hulk, Spider-man investigating a zombie filled facility with S.T.A.R.S member, Chris Redfield, or even Frank West throwing down with the Mad Titan, Thanos.

I was quite the fan of the original Destiny, so much so that I sunk hundreds upon hundreds of hours into it. I completed each story quest dozens of times, completed every strike, nightfall, and raid, and collected almost every legendary and exotic item I could get my hands on.

The first Life is Strange was a successful attempt at adding to the genre of the "choose your own adventure" games that Telltale Games have been doing for years, but it was just different enough that it felt like something almost entirely different.
