Over the last few weeks, I’ve been playing Far Far West, a new co-op shooter that’s currently available in early access. Thus far, I’ve had a fun time with the game, but it still has some way to go before it’s ready for prime time.
It’s very likely that surviving in the medieval era was far from easy. From bandits, the plague, and war-torn cities, it was never easy to survive as a peasant. However, do we ever wonder what it’s actually like being a part of the Lords that try and run these towns? This is where City States: Medieval comes in, to give us this experience and insight as to what it was like trying to be a Lord in these times.
Sometimes you will unearth a diamond in the rough and find absolute joy in that discovery. For me this happens to be Windrose, a high seas pirate adventure that has been a blast to play. From land to sea there is a ton to explore in this adventure, and loads to do. So, let’s fire off the cannons, and set sail ye’ landlubbers.
There are also some UI and quality of life improvements that would help make the game a little easier to understand. But even then, the game definitely shows great potential and is still a fun time to play. I look forward to seeing how PIONER grows and develops, and seeing what kind of new features the devs have in mind.
Operation Purge is a single-player, sci-fi survival game set on Titan,, one of Saturn’s moons. You’re an astronaut who survives a crash after responding to a distress call in the deep reaches of space. You’ll then survey the wreckage, repair key systems to your survival, and attempt to get to the bottom of the distress call that sent you here in the first place.
