NACON and Spiders unveiled a new video today for the narrative-driven RPG GreedFall: The Dying World, spotlighting the companions players will meet throughout their journey, along with their voice actors. Currently available in Early Access on Steam, GreedFall: The Dying World launches its definitive version on PC, PlayStation5, and Xbox Series X|S on March 12, 2026.
Over the course of the adventure, players will encounter eight companions who can join them, provided they survive and choose to stay by the protagonist’s side. Companions play a central role in both combat and storytelling. During battles, players can directly control their allies, each of whom features a unique skill tree reflecting their background and specialty. Players are free to shape each companion’s abilities, allowing them to build a balanced and effective team.
Beyond combat, companions offer dedicated personal quests that delve into their histories, motivations, and ambitions. Through these storylines, players can develop meaningful relationships that may evolve into friendship, rivalry, or romance, depending on their choices.
