Marvelous Europe is today excited to announce that DEAD OR SCHOOL, a fast-paced, side-scrolling adventure from Studio Nanafushi is coming to the West on 13th March 2020 for both Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. This 2.5D zombie-infested adventure will be released in North America and Europe.
Cyberpunk delayed until September 2020
Joining the likes of the Final Fantasy VII remake and SquareEnix’s The Avengers game, CD Projekt Red has announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will also be delayed and released later in the year. The massive open-world sci-fi adventure title based on tabletop RPG of the same name was originally set to release in April, a month stacked with a ton of big releases already and will now release this coming September 17th.
Smash Bros. Ultimate brings Byleth to the fight!
A new character for Smash Bros. Ultimate was revealed today and leading up to this early morning announcement, many fans had all sorts of predictions going into it. Sony wrapped up 2019 with a series of announcements with a December State of Play today, revealing that the leaked Resident Evil 3 is, in fact, real, and will include the multiplayer spin-off, Resistance. We also got an update on long-awaited 1st party Sony title, some DLC for Kingdom hearts, and much more.
Half-Life: Alyx announced for March 2020 release.
This week, Valve did something that fans have wanted for years; announced it’s making a new Half-Life game. However, it’s not what many were expecting. Titled Half-LIfe: Alyx, the game will take place between the events of the first two games and will be a VR only title releasing next March for nearly all PC applicable headsets.

The Last of Us: Part 2 delayed to May 2020.
Just being announced a few weeks ago, Sony revealed that The Last of Us: Part 2 would release this coming February. This release date was much anticipated and fans were happy to know that it was only a few months away. Those dreams; however, were shattered today as Naughty Dog’s creative director, Neil Druckmann announced that the sequel will now release on May 29th, 2020.
Bloodlines 2 to see delay to "sometime" in 2020
Hardsuit Labs has recently announced that Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 will see delay from Q1 2020 to “sometime in 2020”. While a new date has not been announced per this statement, it’s possible we may hear more details via PDXCON on Saturday, October 21st. The developer has also stated they will hold a Reddit AMA the following Sunday to aid in answering several fan questions.

For a company that earlier this year stated they would lessen their direct approach to microtransactions in their mobile games, had fundamentally done the opposite.

This summer, news broke that Spider-Man, a character who’s film rights belong to Sony, would exit the Disney fueled MCU due to negotiations failing between the two companies. This comes off of the stellar release of Spider-Man: Far From Home, which went on to become one of Sony’s highest grossing movies of all time.
Modern Warfare to have exclusive mode for PS4 for a whole year.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare launched a trailer during Sony’s State of Play and in case you missed it as many did, small text popped up after the Special Ops Survival Mode segment ending with “timed exclusive content until October 1, 2020." Indicating that the entire mode will be exclusive to the PlayStation 4 platform for an entire year
